I am a big fan of nature; everyone knows winter season is on head. Many people suffer number of problems in this season like dry patchy skin, dandruff and many others. Oil is a great moisturizer and full of nutrition. One of my favorite oil is coconut oil. I personally use it for better growth of my hairs, to heel the patchy skin, foot cracks, and for many other purposes. Without wasting your time let me share with you my most favorite ways to use coconut oil.
Oil pulling is a great procedure to prevent yourself from many diseases, if you haven’t hears about oil pulling then it’s time to get on the bandwagon. Swish coconut oil around your mouth for 20 minutes, I recommend you to do this process at the beginning of the day before you brush your teeth. It will help you to detoxify your body, also cure headaches, and whiten your teeth and many more.
I love using coconut oil as my body lotion. Coconut oil makes your skin soft and smooth. I personally use it while in the shower. It will add a natural glow and softness in your skin.
Dry Scalp Treatment
Coconut oil used to treat dry scalp. Apply some coconut oil to the ends of your hair to help dry damage tips get a huge dose of moisture.
Coconut oil can also use as cleanser for your skin. You can remove your makeup with coconut oil; it leaves your skin very soft and smooth.
Coconut oil is a great lip moisturizer, spread coconut oil over your lips before going to bed. It will make your lips smoother and soft and natural pinkish lips.
A great Source of Hair Growth
Coconut oil is very beneficial for the natural growth of the hair. Massage you scalp daily with the coconut oil. Regular use of coconut oil will make your hair longer and shinny.
Coconut oil is known for anti-aging properties. You may be wonder that how it is possible to use an oil under your makeup and don’t look oily during the day but here I will tell you the way to do this. Apply the coconut on your face and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face with cold water. With this way you will feel soft smooth and moisturized skin without any signs of oiling.
Apply coconut oil to the blemishes, and leave it for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with warm water and let your skin dry. The anti bacterial components in the oil will work to combat acne.
